Hydraulic Power Pack Machine

Radiant Hydraulic Power Packs are the most versatile units for supplying Hydraulic Power to the Hydraulic Roof Bolters, Face Drilling Machines and other Hydraulic Equipment. Our Hydraulic Power Pack Machine are best suited for use in gassy underground mines fitted with DGMS approved FLP Motors with Plug & Socket arrangement suitable for connectivity with DGMS approved FLP Starters, DGMS Approved Hydraulic Hoses, compatible with DGMS recommended FLP Oil like HFB68/Servo68 etc. Gear Pumps and Hydraulic Oil tank are mounted on a skid base. The Oil Tank is fitted with a suitable suction strainer, breather cumulate, return line filter with filter gauge assembly, level indicator, drain plug, etc. The Power Pack is fitted with a relief valve & pressure gauge for system pressure rating. The system is cooled by a suitable heat exchanger to maintain an oil temperature below 65ºC. All outlet ports are fitted with suitable couplings. Undetermined models of RADIANT Power Packs can cater to supply Hydraulic Fluid with adequate flow & pressure up to 75-125 mtrs from the place of installation.
